Mold caused by water leaking from the air conditioners and water pipes.

I am reporting code violations in two apartment buildings in Saratoga Springs . The first apartment has a leaking air conditioner, and water pipes that have caused mold on the floor, walls, window frames and under the bathroom sink.The walls with mold are in a bedroom and the living room. The area is huge. The same air conditioner leaks out the front window onto the stone wall and that area is pitch black and full of mold. In apartment 2 the air conditioner leaked into the living room and the painters painted over the mold with a primer and regular paint as they also did in apartment number one. The leak in apartment number 2 is the same as the leak outside on the stone in number one and the mold is huge and black. I need to know if these spores are in apartment number two where my daughter and I live as she has asthma and has been bothered by it as of late. My breathing is not up to par either. Apartment number two is vacated and children were living there. I want the places checked out beofore new people move in.
