Finally their catching on that everyone and their friends wanted the scooters so they could ride along side their friends or not have to walk in the malls. Some Retirement Homes do not allow cars so some people got slick an got the scooters on the taxpayers dime so they could cruize around. The Businesses sold these scooters to anyone boasting Medicaid would pay for most of the cost.
