I would have gone for the Nokia, and I am currently using the European version of the E71. I prefer the Symbian OS he uses over the WM the Samsung carries. From specifications pPOV, the are quite similar, with WiFi, similar cameras, size and others/ I think you will find the Nokia faster and more stable

Nokia E71 is a killer. Specially if you have a unlocked version. The apps and services that come with it make it the best phone and personally I think it is better than I-phone. For more questions or information on E71 go to E71 by Nokia blog .
