Henderson's talking about the Budwig recipe: one third cup of cottage cheese (a sulfurated protein) mixed with three tablespoons of flax oil. Conventional medicine took Budwig to court on fraud/quacker charges. They lost.

The basic recipe for the Budwig diet (flax oil/cottage cheese) is 6 tablespoons of cottage cheese (or quark) to 3 tablespoons of flax seed oil, blended together till completely smooth. Add two table spoons of fresh, finely ground flax seeds. Ground flax seeds must be used within 20 minutes of grinding or they become rancid.
