where can i find miniature white chalk or plaster buildings that can be painted. they are about 3 inches tall by 3 inches long by 2-3 inches wide APPROXIMATELY.

A hobby store that caters to model train enthusiasts would probably have them. Those miniature buildings and the like are used on those huge model train setups that a lot of enthusiasts have.
