I hope the question is a prank!  Liters and meters are like apples and oranges. They don't really mix.  Milliliters are a measure of liquid volume, while meters are a measure of length.  There are 1000 milliliters (ml) in a liter.  There are 1000 millimeters (mm) in a meter.   Hope this helps for whatever you're measuring.
