Increasing numbers of doctors believe that milk and milk products are bad (they even say it is poisonous !).  Raw milk (not pasteurized) might be dangerous.

Love is the battery of life....

Milk isn't that good for you once you're an adult. I use very little milk. Now and then on cereal. I'm also very fond of, who is it, Nestles (?) strawberry milk. But being lactose intolerant, I keep the amount of milk in my diet very limited. But sometimes cereal, graham crackers and milk and strawberry milk are worth the discomfort.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

I've been drinking milk for over sixty years and I don't give a squat what they say about it, I like the stuff and I ain't dead.. Haven't seen a doctor in over 20 years and will continue to drink it. You start sucking down that 'near' milk with all those added (natural?) chemicals and your gonna croak from it's unnatural ingredients. Drink whole milk!!

Just another (keyboard) pecker

Milk plays an important role in many diets today. Many of us grew up eating cheese pizza, yogurt, milk and cookies, and cheesecake. We have grown so comfortable consuming milk and eating milk products that many do not give a second thought to the possible positive and negative effects of milk. Overall, milk does do a body good.    Laughing

Raw milk? If your body can stand it, than maybe? I don't know. But even regular milk isn't that good for you. The NUTRIENTS in milk are, like the calcium, vitamin D type of thing, but that can be found in even greater amounts in soy milk. Regular milk is fattening and it comes from cows that have had their utters painfully attached to a machine that pumps the milk out. It's very sore to them and they develop sores that ooze puss out and that is what we are drinking. If I'm not mistaken, the US is one on the top countries that allows some of the highest amounts of puss in our milk. Yep, you heard me! They make the cows purposely pregnant so they can keep producing milk.
