Miley Cyrus has done it again! This time, she's angered the Parents Television Council with her highly sexual new music video, "Who Owns My Heart."

Miley made herself a celeb by appealing to young girls. Is she a poor role model and growing up too fast?

no,but her parent's do need to watch what she does a bit more.

I think she should stop saying she's appealing to young girls. If she wants to make racy videos, fine; but she shouldn't say she's marketing it to the same young girls she made her fortune off of up until this point. I'm not a parent, but that is what would upset me. If I had a daughter, I wouldn't let her see this, as it promotes all the wrong things.

Don't follow in my footsteps, I run into walls. =)
