Now I don't know if this is what you want, but I googled their names and found this Huffington Post article. If this isn't the one you remember, maybe you can try googling it yourself and see if any of them look right. I hope you find the right one!

OMG....Jackie and Michelle? STYLE????????? 

 

easy......Michelle has NONE.........Jackie had LOTS of style

 

MB dresses in such a way that it usually emphasizes her damn arms and BIG HIPS....either she or her 'stylist' have no taste in what a lady should wear to FLATTER, and not call attention to, their figure flaws. of which MB has at least a few!!!!!!

Just mentioning them in the same breath is sacrilege!!!!!!!!
