Method for Lotteries

I received a letter from Larry Reingard the guy says he's a "Lottery Expert" and developed a Method for Lotteries M.O.T.  He's asking $50 to get his M.O.T. Method money back guarantee but they all say that...  like to know if anyone have heard something about it! scam or not???

The web address is dead now anyway, but there is no such thing as a lottery system that can eliminate unlikely combinations or pick numbers that are more likely to win. There are lots of people claiming such things online, but the fact is the lottery is random and all combinations are equally likely.
