This can mean many things. First, she is still communicating with you and that is good. Now, if you want to pursue the friendship, it is up to you to convince her that you will be the right person for her. Sounds like she is no easy catch and if you are looking for a serious long lasting relationship, you should be weary of an easy catch. Also, she might not be feeling well at this time. Everyone have times they have no energy or just feeling sick. Without appearing as a stalker, try to communicate with her as much as possible and you will learn some of the things you want to know. Now, on the down side of this answer, she might be just testing the dating pool and you are just one of the guys in the pool. You will need to keep an opened mind and be prepared to move on to the next date when the communications stops.
