how to avoid songs in our mind,when iam reading subjects,iam not able to put concentration in that.plz suggest me,iam facing this problem since one year.how to increase concentration?

There really isn't enough information to make a well founded suggestion to your problem.  What I can suggest is that when you notice you are not attending to the task at hand, take note that you are not on task and return to your task (mindfulness).  Arguing with yourself or trying to figure out why you are doing this WHILE you are in the midst of the task will only fuel further distratction.

While reading you should also use your tongue to read but with no sound. This will help u to concentrate on the subject under study.
