I am a student sudying 1st year IT....I want to know whether my friend is mentally disordered... She is crying for very simple things for example even for fan sound at nit.....but now she is not ...

I doubt she's a danger to anyone but herself. There are a couple of possibilities. She may be severely depressed. She may be manic depressive. Or she may just be a mean ass bitch.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
