I have seen several semen analysis reports and none seem to have the same numbers as mine, please help

Volume: 2.0 ml

Color:  Cream/Translucent

pH:  9.2

Liquefacation:  Complete

Viscosity Value: 1+

Concentration:  99.00 x 10^6/ml

Total Count:  198.00 x 10^6

Motility:  72%

Rate:  37% = 3+  41% = 2+  22% = 1+

Progression 26%=3+  56%=2+ 15%=1+

Motile Cells:  Concentration 71.28 x 10^6/ml

                   Total Count 142.6 x 10^6

Morphology:  Normal 14    Amorphous Head 79, Lrg Head 2, Bent Mid/Neck 5

Sorry but none of this makes sense, except that from what I can see, my pH is higher then normal, and my volume is fine.
