1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. prepared mince meat
3 1/4 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Stir in mincemeat. Add flour, soda and salt to creamed mixture, mixing thoroughly. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
