Medicare advisor/consultant

I met with a medicare consultant in Waco, Texas in January 2012 who taught me a lot about medicare.   I have since retired and a friend of mine wants to talk to this lady however I cannot remember her name.   She was in a small office, she was the only one in there, she was employed by the government I believe.   She was a very informative black lady.  Can you help me find her name?
