My eclipse media player 180G2 doesn't charge.WHY?

my eclipse media player 180G2 does not start even after charging for atleast 4 hrs. from the first day i got it........

The battery or the charger is defective.

Go to the store where you have bought it for sure it has warranty and tell the seller about the problem. They will check and replace the defective item.
