If you were prescribed that medication for seizure disorder, it could mean that this medicine is not effective at controlling your seizures. Uncontrolled eye movements may be a type of seizure; keep track of your eye movements (when they occur, how long they last, how soon after taking your medication they occur and so on) and notify your neurologist immediately.
