what does it mean, when you can't feel your body getting to hot.  my face will get red so others know I am hot, but I can't feel that I am too hot..not sure what to do about it

What it means is that you haul your ass to the doctor as quickly as possible. That can be a symptom of a very serious and dangerous condition.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
