You might be sitting for long periods without blinking.  Your eyes need blinks so they get lubricated.  If you watch a movie on the computer, maybe you should pause it every hour, get up and walk around.  Or maybe artificial tears would help.

It is also possible that you have an allergy to something in the room.  It may help to dust what you can.  There are anti-histamine eye drops that may help with the symptoms.

Could also be eye strain from looking at the screen so long
