Discuss AOLHelp.Erin's answer to: McAfee installation error

I try to install McAfee and after I put in my user and password, error message comes up saying "Sorry, we are not able to complete your product registration at this time." What happened?

I went to AOL Discover and then to safety and security. Then went to find out more under the Comprehensive Online Security. I clicked Download Now and put in my paid aol account and that error message came up... I tried everything under help, but the same thing kept coming up.

My suggestion would be to sign in through your AOL MyBenefits (mybenefits.aol.com) and download McAfee from there.

I signed in through benefits, but the same error message occurred when I attempted to activate the McAfee security...
