Most good hotel chains use Sealy, Simmons or Serta mattresses. Take a look at these two sites that supply hotel mattresses:

Hilton hotels use Serta mattresses. In fact, they have collaborated with Serta to produce a whole line of Hilton mattresses. These are now available in the market. You can check out http://www.bestmattressreviews.com for more detailed information.
