I agree with all the answers before - do a solid SEO, and social media optimization (at least Twitter, Facebook Fanpage, LinkedIn and MySpace). Another way to maybe to promote highly targeted to interested people is via Fiverr. Just have a look at the services i found and posted on my profile - and there are a lot more.
