Any form of sexual harassment is against the law and can be reported even if the accused is under a high level of superiority. If someone's daughter is being sexually harrassed the situation should be corrected immediately before it becomes a very dangerous and life altering experience. The marines are open to any and all candidates who pass mild evaluations and physical fitness exams so it is likely there are plenty of ill willed and ill intentioned individuals serving in the military. The parents should not only report it but do so immediately.
