Discuss Anonymous's answer to: How can you use mandari dalla riviera either in a drink or food recipe?

I received a bottle of mandari dalla riviera (orange alcohol) and wondering how i can use it......Either in drink or food recipes.

chocolate moose - I once saw a recipe for chocolate moose on line that used orange curacao so assume you could use the mandari - I think the recipe was called chocolate mousse three ways and called for almaretto from the epicurous site -
a marinade for chicken or turkey
cake or frosting
you should check out the epicurous website or any cooking website that has a search feature and look up orange liquor, orange cuarcao and or orange wine
and chocolate oranage mousse
