How do you manage shyness in front of many people?

In order to overcome your shyness you may practice speaking in front of the mirror first. You may from time to time relapse into your shyness and this is the time when you can again repeat the exersize. You do not need to say what you are thinking out loud. It is sufficient to look in the mirror fromtime to time and keep the thoughts positive.
