If you are about to be interviewed, with confidence, making them feel like they can't do without you and also letting them know how you can make things better by getting the position. If you are the interviewer, by being sure of yourself and what you have to offer someone, letting them think that they would rather work for you than for anyone else. Good pay and benefits.

Any pain or disappointment is transformed into growth and understanding.

It depends if you are the interviewer or the interviewee.

get some answer for job interview weakness and strengths at the job interview site or you may also go to visit - preparing for an interview section.

Practice what your responses will be, with either your friend or by recording your responses and playing them.

When being interviewed, maintain eye contact with the one interviewing.

Listen to the questions and wait until the interviewer is through before answering.

Try to be as relevant as possible when answering questions. This means that you try to relate what you know with what the company is looking for.

Try to be as cooperative and enthusiastic as possible as this will make the interviewer feel you are an easy person to talk to.

Avoid asking questions about salary and job benefits.

Send a short thank you note after the job interview .

Both must have the confidence. For interviewee, he must show kindness to the applicant. For the applicany, He must show respect and determination.
