Why does the man I love insult me?

Why does the man I love insult me every day almost?  It's from anything stupid like my hair, my makeup, or even my breath.  He says he loves me and we've been dating for 2 years, and I love him very much anyway.  Is he doing this to make me feel ugly and unattractive so I won't leave him?  This is only the least of it, and I want to die every day  because of my relationship.  Why is he doing this to me?

Yes. He's doing it to lower your self esteem, so you won't leave him for someone who actually likes himself.

And. If you have been dating for two years, and he hasn't asked you to marry him. He's not going to.

You can do better then this idiot.

Well, are you going to stay with him? You need to leave him. A good boyfriend never say such bad words to his girlfriend.

I saw a vehicle in the Walmart in Woodbridge NJ parking lot with NY plates yesterday an they said Jersey Girl on them could that be you?

He's insulting you because you are allowing him to.  As much as you do not want to hear this, no, he does not love you, does not matter how many times he tells you he does.  If that is love, I would hate to see what hate is!

He is abusive and too immature to know how to treat people.  If you continue in this relationship you are tolerating his behavior and saying, basically, that you agree with him.  The only way such people learn is for him to pay the price for his bad behavior.  These people do not know the meaning of what love means; they never learned it.
