When I check the status of mail sent to one aol e-mail address does it show as "currently unavailable" even though prior to october 2010 it would show the status. Now I can no longer see the status for that address no matter when it was sent but now I can't. Also, in october 2010 one particular aol e-mail address suddenly changed from all caps to all small letters even if I type the e-mail address myself it defaults to all small letters.
We are currently in the process of migrating our email accounts to a new server. For a short time, those that are on the new server will not be able to see the status of emails sent to those on the old server, and vice-versa. You can, however, still see the status of emails sent to users on the same server, whichever that may be.
Been getting the same answer from AOL for more than a year!! "Technical people are working on installation of new servers". "Will be corrected shortly"!!
Get with it aol!!!!
I've been having the exact two problems that Dale has been having. I wish that AOL would send an email to it's customers to say that it's making changes and how customers may be effected. I was so annyoed when they discontinued the 'unsend' option, but didn't tell anyone!
I wonder if the changes that AOL are making have anything to do w/ a message I keep getting in Outlook?
I've seriously considered discontinuing my AOL service. I've been a member since 1994!
AOL is going backwards. Get with it AOL
