The song is written by Norman Habel and Richard Koehneke. It is number 22 in the book Hymns for Now II published by Concordia Publishing House  in 1969, c. by Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. They in turn cite as a source "From Mature Adults Only" by Fortress Press.

Perhaps your public library can obtain one of the books from Inter Library Loan
