Lupus/ Mirac tablets

I am considering giving my 20 year old daughter with Lupus "Mirac" tablets.  Although prob not harmful, they are expensive.  Has anyone out there with an autoimmune problem taken Mirac?  If so, were you happy with outcome for relieving symptoms?  Thanks
