Lumbar pain

I have had two epidurals on my lower back. I have three bulging discs. I hurt myself Sept. 24, and have not had one day pain free since. I have not been pain free since Sept. Now I have unbearable back spasms shooting up both sides of my back, with pressure in my tailbone area and pain walking and sitting.  What next?  Epidurals don't seem to be working.

My suggestion is to start with a physical therapist. If the epidurals are not working then stop with them. It does not make sense to continue. I would start seeing a specialist as well, it sounds like you are in a lot of pain so I wouldn't mess around.
