You can ask them.  Another is to apply for another credit card, get accepted, and they send a credit card to you.  When you receive it, call your card company and ask for them to lower your interest as you have been offered a better deal.

Sometimes you may ask, are they approving my apply?

In fact, the credit card company prefer lower interests than bad debt.

So, just dont put your phone down.
