I am now dating a newly divorced neighbor, I have had a serious relationship that ended last yr. I still work with the last relationship guy and I caught him snooping thru my personal things, what do you suggest I do, he is not wanting to work with me any longer uness I go out with hm.

You must sever all contacts with your former bf at work otherwise you will be subjected to more and more intimidation and black mail. This means leaving your job o asking to be transferred to a different department.

You need to stay away from your ex-boyfriend.  If you are his employer, don't let him work for you anymore.  He will just make your life difficult.  If you just work together in an office or a regular job,  find another place of employment.

Be honest and be true to yourself.

Exs are exs for a reason if he doesnt want to work with you unless you go out with him he has figured out that he had a good thing and lost it you keep on moving on if he was worth it then you would be still with him if it gets ugly and he gets crazy because youve moved out then get a restraining order and if you fall under the sexual harassment side then do something about it but please move on the guy your now dating should know whats happening so he wont be alarmed if he sees your ex trying to get your attention in his ways and may i say this some men are really crazy please take care and hope everyting goes well!!!!
