The answer is simple: Either those guys are teenagers or didn't see a woman for a long time or you simply meet the wrong guys.....  I can assure you that not all guys are like that.....

Men are physical in nature and when they meet a woman they like even a little they want to touch that woman to show their feelings.  This is not always sexual sometimes it is just a way for a man to feel closer to a woman.

Not a lot of men/boys are really into the conversation aspect. It is unfortunate. Especially when that is one of my favorite things to do. There are many factors though. Age, maturity level, education etc...
