Hi,
You gave too little information.  If you want help you need to give many more details: Does he know you love him ? Does he love you too ?  How far will you be apart ? Can one of you join the other college ?  Can you have "long distance relations" ?  What is the real problem ? What kind of help you need ? How does he see that issue ?
