Typically baby's teeth come in pairs, and the cuspids are usually the firsts, but top or bottom seems to depend on the baby.  My daughter's bottom ones came first, but several of my friends kids have gotten the tops first.  Doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, hope that helps.

both my kids got different teeth at different times. I don't believe it follows any real pattern or you have to get your front teeth first. I would worry

My daughter has one top tooth and one bottom tooth. So i don't think that it really matters when they come in.

It is fine because cuspids can grow anywhere and it still depends on the body of your baby.
