My sons lizard got out of the cage late last night or early this morning. We have been looking for him all day, any ideas of where to look or how long she would survive?
What kind of lizard and how big? What diet to you feed her and how often? Does she have a warming stone in her house?
Those are the things that will likely dictate her behavior and survival times.
We have a corn snake that escaped and showed up four weeks later, a bit skinnier but none the worse for wear. Our bearded dragon likes it in front of the south facing living room window where he can get a good load of sunshine.
It's a Uromastyx lizard...female...
yes she has a warming stone and we feed her lettuce three times a week and she has bird food at her disposal.
thanks
I'd look for that sunny window and keep a food supply there for her. She's likely to show up happily sunning and munching lettuce or other such goodies.
