Losing weight

what is the best way to lose weight?   The no flour, no sugar diet, or weight watchers or just exercising?  Any great tips. I am 61 yrs old & it seems impossible to take the pounds off.

You should consult your doctor before doing anything coz of your age. Well, you can do exercise as well, i dnt think it will harm anything.
