I have been fighting a losing battle with weight. My biggest problem is that I don't like fruits and vegetables. I know I need to exercise more, but most of the time I don't have the energy and motivation.

What does this program offers that the others don't? I truly need to fight a way to burn fat faster.

This program offers a new angle at separating you from you money.

At the risk of being rude, did you go to bed skinny and wake up fat? No, you didn't. There is no way to lose weight fast with the notable exceptions of AIDS and terminal cancer.


You must learn to embrace, and then enjoy, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and aerobic exercise. You must learn to hate all, well- some, of those tings that are now a part of you.


The easy answer is very hard in its implementation. I wish you the best in your quest for better health.



Gratitude as a discipline involves a conscious choice.....* Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.*One of the widest gaps in human experience is the gap between what we say we want to be and our willingness to discipline ourselves to get there.

No matter what weight loss diet you choose to lose weight you'll notice 2 things that are the same in ALL of them. 1.) Drink plenty of water, 2.) Exercise ......... The reason both those are part of every weight lose program is because they are really the key factors and all the other stuff is just personal choices decorated in a marketing box to make it look different or disguise it as being easier. Well, it's NOT easy to get back in shape & anyone that says it is, is lying to you.

Use a normal deck of playing cards, each card is face value (2-10), jacks / queens / kings = 10, Aces = 15, Jokers = 20. Use the cards to slowly start getting your body / muscles working again and burning fat, without over doing it at first.

Go through the deck of cards once per day for the first 2 weeks, think of it like a game and have fun with it.

1.) On a piece of paper write down Crunches, Squats, Cherry pickers, & Pushups, each on a seperate line.

2.) Shuffle the cards & then place the deck face down.

3.) When ready, start by turning the the first card in the deck over to reveal what it is.

4.) You will start with the first exercise on the list & do however many the card says to do (as stated above).

5.) Next card you flip, you do the next exercise on the list - so on & so forth, once you do the last on one the list, start over at the top. You keep repeating the list until you go though the whole deck of cards. Once done, that's it for the day.. :)

6.) Do the deck of card exercises for 2 weeks to get you muscles working properly again, after that you can then start doing the deck 2 times a day for another 2 weeks.Once you feel up to it, you can start a more rigorous exercise program or maybe even sign up to a gym. :)
