I'm a 13yr female, I'd rather not say my weight, is there anyway without taking pills to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? & how much should I weight?
There is no way to lose 10 pounds in two weeks in any safe and healthy manner. No, we can't tell you how much you should weigh without knowing how tall you are. But 13 is a little young to worry about it. You haven't even lost all your baby fat yet.
At the age of 13 you should eat healthy food to get the perfect weight and all the necessary vital minerals and vitamins to boost your immune system. Do not worry about loosing weight in your childhood.
