How to look and act like the grudge girl?

I need expert help. This Halloween, I'm trying to look like the girl from the Grudge. What I need is what should I use?  To get the white skin and such? What would be the best thing to us?  and what exactly should I get for the clothes as well?

Well this is so easy when you think about it

1.If you hair is black well then great start and all you need is extension, if its not well all you need is a acceptible wig that looks like her hair.

2. Get a white (absoloutly nothing on it)Gown or dress.

3. Find white face or body paint and cover yourself in it.

THEN U LOOK LIKE HER
