Nine minutes and 37 seconds if the ring is smaller than a size 7. Larger rings will take an additional 2 weeks and 3 days.

 

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. If you were really getting married, you'd have been back from your honeymoon by now. Why not just rub some of that spam on your finger and see if it sticks, instead?
