Discuss Joyce Peller's answer to: How long can you keep dressing in the refrigerator

I never dress in the refrigerator!  If I want to freexe I only have to go outside without my parka.

Actually, oil-vinegar dressings can last 5-6 months and still be good.  Cream and mayonnaise dressings are okay for a month or so.  Blue Cheese dressing and ranch are only good for a few days unless you put in loads of food preservatives.

It is best if you only make up what you are going to use in the next two or three days.  Once you put it out for customers never put it back in the fridge.  Food safety laws say that, and if they didn't, I would.

Wild women don't get the blues. Once you have tasted freedom, there is nothing sweeter. Get in between a Kodiak mother bear and her cub, or between an Alaskan and her freedom, and you will have the same problem.
