Can't log in to my account(even though my password is correct). I created my account while living in US. Live now in Japan, hense the "suspicious activity" that the AOL DETECTED.
Can't remember my answer to security question. Even though i'm not a paid AOL user, the "security screening process" still requires me to give them my billing info. Trying to call the 1 877 786 0221066. Forget about ever reaching anyone by calling the number.
AOL does not provide any email help to unpaid customers
Any suggestion, besides leaving AOL for good nd upgrading to paid.
