Location For Music Video

Hello, I actually am a singer, songwriter shooting a music video and trying to help find the perfect location to do so. The video is very commercial pop rock in sound and heavy performance and reenactment based. So, I've been trying to find out where I could find a really run down but cool warehouse in/outside of NYC to shoot in? Something that could be used freely or rented very minimally for the shoot. Where we would not be tresspassing or did not require permissions to use if public area? I know that's a tall order but I;m keeping my finger crossed. Any suggestions would be awesome. The other location idea, should the warehouse not work, is trying to find a really wide open field...similar to like the field that Eminem is in in the "love the way you lie" video....Or somewhere as secluded as such. This is truly a very low budget film so anything minimal to be rented for a day or couple of hours would be great. Or public areas would be excellent as well. We're trying to get this shot no later then Late August. With the only hold up being finding and nailing down location. So, once again, your help would be truly a gift. And thank you in advance.
