The validation code should be on the back. Mine did not have one, so I had to go to the Maryland Vehicle Administration to sort it out. I think that they just worked out the validation code by writing the E-ZPass ID in hexadecimal. I wrote a quick post about how to do this. http://hopefullyusefultosomeone.tumblr.com/post/27032734362/e-zpass-validation-code

Yes, at least some validity. There are telephone pay-per-minute numbers from the British Virgin Islands and Dominican Republic that used to leave messages asking you to call back. But it's not as common as it used to be. If you don't know anyone there, you don't need to call back. http://www ...

Did question #1 on the NJ ballot pass?

Who the hell cares? Seriously. The UN is virtually useless. No one pays any attention to anything they say, and by the time they finish discussing something and writing a sternly worded letter, a war could be over and done. They used to be important. Now they're just impotent.

My mother passed and we are not able to locate her ...

Write to the company, giving the company your mother's date of birth, last address and ask if they will search their records for a life insurance policy insuring her. Companies are good about doing this at no charge.
