need 40,000 loan willing to pay back 67,744 in 15 years. house as collateral. the reason bank won't approve loan, i don't have proof of income. i have a day care in the home.

A regular source of income is essential for borrowing any kind of loan, except student loan. So if you have any business then you can show your business as a source of income otherwise no chance.
