i have a property worth $125,000 I am wanting to get a loan to catch up some bills. I would like to borrow $40,000 amortized over 30 years with a balloon payment at the end of 5 years. is there a lender out there that can help? my email address is im3rivers@aol.com

A lot of lenders have quit doing baloons but you can probably find one at a local bank as many of them like the shorter terms. If it were me, I would get a standard 30 year loan with no balloon. You can still pay it off after 5 years but you are not required to do so. I believe it's the best of all worlds. Not locking yourself in may really come in handy. You never know what might happen in 5 years. What if house prices keep going down? What if you lost all or some of your income. Keep your situation flexible. You'll be glad you did. Good luck.

definitely you can borrow this loan, because there are no requirements of particular purpose to borrow a personal loan, you can apply for a personal loan. But you have to compromise with the loan amount.
