My Husband can be very angery alot and he can also lash out and yell at the kids...If he had a bad day at work to brings it home and take it out on us....the he want to turn to a very very dark bed room and spend most of his time there...I just Truly need some advise so I can help him...He also sleeps alot....please let me know if you can help ....

Hi LaNeah,
He needs help !.  It's a MUST.  If you can solve it by open & deep discussions, go for it. If you don't think it will help than take him to a psychologist.  You have to do it cause what your children see at hope they'll do when they get married.... and this pattern is BAD and HARMFULL.
